For every project we work on, we pick and choose the right people with the right skills to make the end result perfect; we call those people Cogs. We don't spend money on an expensive office, we work together using clever collaborative tools: things like 37 Signals' Basecamp.  By only paying the staff we need for each project, and working together online we keep our overheads to a minimum, and we pass those savings straight on to you.
